OUR ADDRESS:

We are located in the historic Chancery Building on Market Street near the Financial District. The Chancery Building is located just above the Montgomery Street BART station in San Francisco. The rear of the building is on Sutter Street and has the address of “41 Sutter Street’. The Building can be accessed via either Sutter Street or Market Street. The official address is:

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

From the East Bay (Oakland, Concord, Pittsburg):

• Take 80 across the Bay Bridge.
• Exit off of the Bay Bridge at Fremont Street.
• Turn left on Howard Street.
• Turn right on 2nd Street.
• Turn right on Market Street.
• The Chancery Building (where our office is located) will be to your left.  It is six stories tall and is across the street (Market Street) from Peet’s Coffee. It is between Montgomery Street and and Sansome Street.

From the North Bay (Marin County, Santa Rosa, Petaluma):

• Take 101 South across Golden Gate Bridge.
• Stay to the right after the 19th Avenue exit.
• Take the U.S. 101 S exit toward Lombard Take Lombard Street exit (not Marina exit).
• Merge onto Richardson Ave/U.S.-101.
• Continue to follow U.S.-101
• Turn right at Columbus Avenue
• Take a slight right at Montgomery Street
• Turn left at Market Street
• The Chancery Building (where our office is located) will be to your left.  It is six stories tall and is across the street (Market Street) from Peet’s Coffee. It is between Montgomery Street and Sansome Street.

From Sacramento:

• Take 80 West
• Proceed past Fairfield, Vallejo and across the Carquinez Bridge (also known as the Zampa Bridge)
• Remain on 80 and- once past Berkeley- bear right abd proceed voer the Bay bridge toward San Francisco
• Exit off of the Bay Bridge at Fremont Street.
• Turn left on Howard Street.
• Turn right on 2nd Street.
• Turn right on Market Street.

From Stockton:

• Take I-5 South
• Take exit 458B to merge onto I-205 toward I-580/San Francisco
• Merge onto I-580 W
• Take exit 19A on the left for I-80 W toward San Francisco
• Proceed onto the Bay bridge (toll is $4.00)
• Exit off of the Bay Bridge at Fremont Street.
• Turn left on Howard Street.
• Turn right on 2nd Street.
• Turn right on Market Street.

From the South Bay (South San Francisco, San Mateo, Redwood City) or San Jose:

• Take 101 North toward San Francisco
• Continue on I-80 E (signs for Seventh Street)
• Take the exit toward US-101 N
• Merge onto 7th Street
• Turn right at Folsom Street
• Turn left at 3rd Street
• Turn right on Market Street
• The Chancery Building (where our office is located) will be to your left.  It is six stories tall and is across the street (Market Street) from Peet’s Coffee.  It is between Montgomery and Sansome Street.
